Yoga Club for Kindergarten-1st grade-Stretch, Strengthen, Breathe, and Relax
Yoga is a great activity for children. The movements are helpful for growing minds and bodies. My goal for yoga club is to help children be more physically active and aware,
learn to respect and care for their bodies. Movement, relaxation, and breathing can be fun! This session of yoga club is open to kindergarteners and 1st graders. I have a limit of 20 participants.
Yoga club is from 7:45-8:40 a.m., Friday mornings in the gym, beginning February 21st, and will run for 11 weeks.
Please fill out a registration form (Yoga Club Form.pdf) and turn it in to the office. Forms can be picked up in the office and are due by February 20th, 3:00p.m.
There is a suggested donation of $10 for this yoga session. Any questions can be directed to Kathy Bartlett, firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-775-4842. You will receive more information after registering your child.
